Connecting with the right therapist is essential for healing. The decision to start psychotherapy is an investment of both your time and money. For this reason, I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation as an opportunity to get a sense of who I am, provide general information, and we can determine if we are a good fit.

$225: 60-min session

Payment Details
Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider and do not take insurance. I am solely accepting private pay, which is paying in full at the start or end of the session, through cash, check, or credit card.
I can provide a Superbill at the end of each month that you can submit for possible reimbursement. Please note: I do not bill insurance companies or work with insurance companies regarding billing.
Sliding Scale
A limited number of spots are available for individuals where the fee would be unmanageable and cause undue stress.
These spots are reserved for persons with a history of concussion, mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) and mental health professionals.
Fee Transparency
My fees are calculated based on the operational costs, my education, licensing fees, continuing education, sliding scale spots, and the average of local providers.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers need to give individuals who do not have insurance or are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency health care services. You can ask your health care provider and any other provider you choose for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
